Report a broken game

Include the full page address, device type, browser name and a short description of what happened. A screenshot of the game area and any red Console or Network error is especially useful.

Report a guide error

Include the guide address, the heading or step that is incorrect, the game version if known and the corrected information. Spoilers are acceptable in a correction report.

Privacy requests

Most game progress is stored only in your browser and can be removed by clearing site data. For questions about a contact message or another privacy matter, identify the email address used and explain the request. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested after an initial review.

Rights and removal requests

Provide the relevant page address, the material concerned, the basis of the request and a way to verify that you are authorised to act. We may ask for additional information before changing or removing content.

Before sending

• Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or sensitive medical or financial information.
• Do not attach executable files.
• Keep the subject line specific, such as “Snake mobile control issue” or “Correction to Desktop Explorer password guide”.
